The door frame, this barely unknown product in Romania, is innovative owing to the advantages and utility it creates, at minimal costs, to bricklayers, carpenters, and mainly to the owners who would like to change their doors without demolishing their home. The door frame has been used for over 30 years in Italy, Spain, France, and recently in Hungary, England, and Morocco. INCO INDUSTRY S.R.L. manufactures and sells over 600,000 pieces per year to these markets.

INCO door frames are certified in compliance with the European Standard SR EN 14221: 2007.

Door frames are manufactured in classical trading sizes, with width ranging between 80 and 200 mm, thickness: 20mm, and standard length of 2,120 mm, as the opening of the frame is 2,100 mm.

Door frames can be bespoke as well, complying with the customer’s sizes (BESPOKE LINE), with tolerance of up to 1 mm, an extremely high level for this type of product. The INCO door frames are manufactured in two models:
- the UNIQUE model – “MONOTAVOLA” (STANDARD quality) – components are from a single piece of material;
- the JOINED model – “GIUNTATO” (PREMIUM quality) – components are made of joined pieces, at a high level of sorting as to knots, thus having a low risk of possible deformation due to weather conditions.

Both models bear the pyro-engraved mark “QUOTA LIVELLO”, positioned at 1 m from the bottom end of the longitudinal runner. This elevation level is extremely useful for the later mounting of the doors as the door frame will be mounted so as it allows 1 m to the final level of the floor.

Moreover, door frames bear the pyro-engraved mark “MADE IN ROMANIA” as well as the stylized print of a swallow, i.e.,“RONDINE”. Upon request (BESPOKE LINE), we can add the customer’s logo by pyro-engraving or stamping in a wide range of colour ink.

TO REMEMBER: The traverse beam with milled mortise allows 8 inside openings for mounting onto the door frame: 70-80-90-100 cm / 65-75-85-95 cm.
